Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sellhand. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — we've kept them plain.

The service

Sellhand is an AI assistant that helps you run your Shopify store. It monitors your store, drafts work, and sends you briefings. Sellhand prepares actions for you, but it does not send messages, change your store, or spend money unless you approve them. You remain responsible for the actions you approve.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Sellhand is currently invite-only; access is at our discretion while we're in early access.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, the service is $99 per month unless a different rate applied at sign-up (for example, an early-access founder rate).
• Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Your store and your content

You keep all rights to your store, your data, and anything you create. You grant us permission to access and process your store data only to provide the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any store you link.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sellhand to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party services

Sellhand connects to services like Shopify, Stripe, and the AI provider that powers the assistant. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

Sellhand is provided "as is." The assistant can make mistakes, and its drafts and recommendations are suggestions, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You should review everything before you approve it. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellhand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Sellhand and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
